TAKE YOUR BURDEN TO THE LORD

An upcoming exhibit for Black History Month focusing on the history and development of Black Gospel Music in Texas. This extensive exhibit includes early Texas vocalists/composers such as Blind Willie Johnson and Arizona Dranes, as well as recent Grammy winners Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams.

MUSICA TEJANA  

An upcoming exhibit for Hispanic Heritage Month featuring Tejano Music History and Development. The extensive exhibit includes all aspects of Tejano Music including early family bands and instrumentalists, corridos, conjuntos, orquestas and Tejano crossover to pop, rock and country.
